Sweet & Sour Meatball Slider Recipe

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/3 C Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 C Brown Sugar
  • 2 T Corn Starch
  • 3 T Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 C Vinegar
  • 1 ½ C of Pineapple Tidbits with equal amount juice reserved
  • ½ Green Pepper sliced
  • ¼ Large Onion sliced


  • In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Slowly whisk in vinegar. Add juice and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add in vegetables and pineapple tidbits. Cook for 10 mins and add to slow cooker.
  • Bake meatballs at 350 degrees for 50 mins. After they are done, add meatballs to the sauce in the slow cooker.
