It was a great birthday weekend. I pretty much just ran the street at bit and ate like a mad woman. Sunday was my recovery day. OK, I got sick from all the food I ate. My tummy just wasn’t used to eating so much, but I still had fun.

I need to sit down of make my goals for the month of October. I know I want to kick my fitness up a notch. I didn’t make my birthday weight loss goal but that’s fine. I know I better lose 20 lbs. by New Year’s or I will be seriously upset with myself. I know I’ve been playing a bit with my eating and at one time I wasn’t eating enough. The other thing for the month of October is to get busy on my health and fitness blog, Healthy Living with Tiki. Be sure to check that blog out. I have some low carb recipes there and menu ideas.
Be sure to check out my YouTube channel this week. I have one video that I forgot to post, don’t judge me, and my first “What’s in my mailbox?” Wednesday. I think I might do a mini birthday haul because everything I ordered for my birthday arrived on time. I was surprised! One of the places I ordered from was E.L.F. and let’s be honest, their shipping normally takes forever. It looks like that has gotten better. I can’t wait to try my new goodies.
