You know this stuff is good when a M.A.C rep tells you to buy it. Seriously, I was getting a color match and little mini glam while out and about with another blogger. I mentioned how I recently started taking better care of my skin but it is hard to find products that work well for dry sensitive skin. The first words out of the sales rep’s mouth was “Try Dermalogica!” Then I remembered that I received the Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery a few weeks prior from iFabbo for review. You know I went home and was on a mission to find the box.
The sales associate proceeded to tell me it was a tad more expensive but so worth it. I am now at a point that I will spend more for skin care. I will go cheap for makeup but not longer being thrifty about taking care of this here face of mine. The Skin Recovery is listed on Dermalogica.com site for $65.
So, What Is Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery?
It is an anti-aging moisturizer with SPF 50. I love that it kills two birds with one stone. The package says that it is a medium weight product but I think it is light weight considering that it has a higher SPF. I honestly thought it was going to be heavier with a sunscreen smell. I was wrong! It has a light fresh scent and it is very mild. I was also surprised that it did not have a greasy texture. When I say this is light-weight, I mean just that.
- Reduces hyperpigmentation
- Controls skin aging triggers
- SPF protect with advanced technology
- Contains Antioxidants
- Perfect moisturizer for dry or sensitive skin
I will say that I do feel guilty using it on the days I stay in the house. I do not to waste perfectly good sunscreen just to watch tv. So, I will use a different product. However, when I go out I always were the Skin Recovery. I have tested this product for a while now and I have to agreed that it is a keeper. It keeps my skin moisturized and does not cause any breakouts. There are a few products that I want to try from Dermalogica. I think I am finally getting close to my holy grail of skin care products. I am sure I will test others but I now have a few that are my go to products.
