I am a little late with this but better late than never. I decided to join a link up called, “Mind Right Mondays Link Up”. You are supposed to focus on making goals for the upcoming week and acknowledging the things in your life that you are grateful for having. I think it’s a great idea. A lot of times, we focus on the negative things in out lives that cause us stress and drama instead of focusing on the positive. I wanted to join this to help with my feeling of being overwhelmed.
