I’m taking a look at my first Beauty Box 5. I saw an unboxing on YouTube and thought I might like the items in their boxes. Plus, I love subscription boxes and this one is reasonably priced, so I decided to give it a try.
The Basics:
Each box will include items from makeup, haircare, skincare, nail care, fragrances, and/or beauty accessories. This box is not a customized box and does not have a questionnaire to determine the needs and likes of subscribers. Beauty Box 5 is sent once a month with a cost of $12, including shipping. There are options to subscribe monthly, $30 quarterly, or $99 yearly.
Delivery Time:
The box shipped on August 14th and was delivered on the 19th. I did not receive a shipping notification until the 16th.
Items:
This site states customers can expect 4-5 samples per box. The shadow in the box was full-sized. Boxes may feature up-and-coming brands and well-known brands.

Swissco Nail File – Provides the sparkles that every girl loves. Use with the Nubar polish included in the shipment. Retail: One Size $1.50 – swisscollc.com
Be a Bombshell Eyeshadow (Onesize) – A highly pigmented, long-lasting shadow that will bring out the Bombshell in you. The shadow can be used wet or dry. Retail: $14.00 beabombshellcosmetics.com
My thoughts:
Overall I think the box is ok. I would have loved to see one hair care product in the package, but I will definitely try the items that were sent to me. I’m excited most about the Bask moisturizer and the Nubar polish. I have a Be a Bombshell lipgloss from another subscription box. I can’t wait to see just how highly pigmented the eyeshadow is compared to their other products.
