Health before length has always been my goal during my healthy hair journey. I am a firm believer that what you put in your body will reflect on the outside; therefore, I am all for taking supplements that will give me a little boost in any necessary vitamins or minerals. A little while back, I was sent EuNatural Vibrance Vitamins for Hair Growth.
At first glance, the ingredients appear to be what I have become accustomed to seeing in hair and nail vitamins. I noticed the mg and mcg amounts were lower but I was still optimistic the pills would yield good results. When I opened the bottle, I was pleased to see a capsule, not a tablet. I mentioned before that my normal pills are large and that was one of the reasons I was looking for something new.
The instructions state to take two pills per day and the bottle contains enough for 30 days. I took them daily as directed up until a certain point. I had to stop taking them close to the end.

Sadly, these were a bit of a miss for me. I stopped taking them because I was getting nauseous after taking them. I tried taking the pills with food but that did not help. I also noticed that I did not experience a boost in growth. Also, my nails seemed to lose strength. The EuNatural supplement does include biotin but only 1500 mg. The amount is not enough for me to maintain strong nails.
I think EuNatural would work better for someone who has not been taking a supplement or doesn’t have a particularly healthy diet. My thought is it would give a newbie (of sorts) a boost in hair growth and overall health because their body may be lacking necessary vitamins and minerals. I could be wrong but that’s my thought. *shrugs* I do not believe this would not be the ideal product for someone who takes supplements on a regular basis at higher doses. I know Alisha at Coily Locks tried taking them and you can check out her results. She has the Healthy Hair Formula and the Biotin. I suspect that may work better for her because she has the supplement and biotin.
Have you ever taken any EuNatural products?
