It’s time to share what was in my mailbox this week. One of the items in my mailbox for this week was stolen. Yes, I’m in the possession of hot goods. OK, not really. LOL! Let me tell you the short version of what happened with my goodies for this week.
Last Monday, I went to the mail center to check my mailbox after I saw the delivery notification for one of the items I was expecting from China. When I arrived, my mailbox was open and my mail was missing. Needles to say, I was beyond pissed. I reported online with the USPS and filed a claim with eBay. Yeah, I was that mad. I have never heard of anything like this happening here.
Fast-forward to this Monday, I finally went back to the mail center to check my mail after seeing my Naturebox was delivered. I was so angry and frustrated that I had not checked my mail in over a week. Well lo, and behold; guess what I mysteriously found in my mailbox? It was my stolen package! I wish you could see the look on my face right now.
I do not know how it made its way back to my box, but I am glad it did. I am still upset, but I am happy that I get to share my items with you. I have not ordered much lately. I only have two small items this week, but one item is the cause of all my drama for the week.
What did I receive to share this week?
The not so stolen item was a lens set for my cell phone camera. I ordered the set because I wanted a macro lens to help take better quality photos for my Monday manicures. Now, I normally use a digital camera but I wanted to see if a different camera and lens would help. We shall see!
Now, this item you may give me the side-eye. LOL! It is a dermaroller to refine my skin’s texture. Dermarollers prick the skin and cause the body to think it has been injured to promote collagen production. Also, it increases the absorption of beauty products. I have a vitamin C serum that I plan to use after I use the roller. I will discuss more the purpose, function, and all that jazz after I’ve had a chance to use it for a bit. Actually, I ordered two rollers, one for my face and the other for my body. This is the face roller and if you look closely, you can see the small microneedles. It looks worse than it really is but I also ordered a tube of numbing ointment just in case. Maybe, I should’ve used my new lens on these pics. LOL!
Now that I am looking at my items, I realized they just are not normal things the average woman would ever order. LOL! I can’t help myself, but both items have benefits.

I love good mail days and have a had a few lately myself. I am so sorry you had all that hassle with the mail, but just glad you did get your package in the end. And really would love to see how you use that lens on your cell phone. I have a Canon point and shoot and slowly getting better and better photos with it now, but I tend to grab my cell phone for quick Instagram shots and know I could totally get better photos with that and would love to know if this lens makes a difference for you. Hope you will share 🙂
