Do you have that one friend who does the absolute most when it comes to makeup or fashion? No? Oh, is it you? I know I’m that friend, and I’m totally not ashamed. I don’t abide by any of the makeup or fashion rules. Shoot, I do my own thing! So, when I decided to share my holiday makeup tutorial, I knew it went against the rule of having a bold eye AND a bold lip. However, I think this is one of the most classic full glam looks ever, and I love every bit of it.
This look is perfect for the holidays, Valentine’s Day, your birthday, a girl’s night out, or whenever the hell you feel like being extra and looking fly. Mmmkay? Seriously, I wear this silver smoky eye and red lip every New Year’s Eve and that includes if I go to church. Don’t judge me! Yes, I was raised in the church. And? Lol!
Anyhoo, let’s move right along. I hope you like this look and give it a try. I’ve wanted to share this holiday makeup tutorial on my blog and channel forever but it just never seemed to happen. This year I was determined, come hell or high water, to get this video posted.
To create this tutorial, I used products that I haven’t featured on the blog. Honestly, there are a ton of products that I haven’t featured on the blog or ever tried before. I’m thinking about adding a series of shopping my stash but an unopened or forgotten items edition. Let me figure it out and get back to you. Lol!
