Eylure Lashes | Try-On and Review

September 2, 2015 By Tiki 15 Comments

For years, I was intimidated by false eyelashes. I always thought they were gorgeous, but I was so afraid to try them on my own. Last year, I decided to challenge myself to try new beauty techniques and products that would take me out of my comfort zone.

One of the things I wanted to conquer was applying false lashes. I’ve had a few accidents and poked myself in the eye with tweezers a few times, but I finally got the hang of applying lashes.

My problem now, I’m addicted to lashes! My lash stash is crazy and I can’t resist a pretty pair of lashes. So when I saw the Eylure lashes, I had to take them for a whirl.

Eylure Lashes Try-On featuring the Volume, Lengthening, and Natural lashes from the brand.

I was most excited about the Eylure Naturals for a little everyday glam. However, the Volume and Lengthening lashes are gorgeous for a little extra something, something. Let’s take a looky at the purdy lashes!

The Volume lashes add volume without looking over the top and fake. That’s what I love about these. You can see how gorgeous they are and I haven’t fully blended them into my natural lashes.

The Eylure Lengthening lashes add a touch of length while giving a natural look. The really look like a thinner version of the Volume lashes. I would wear these for a night out with someone special and leave the Volume lashes for a night out with the girls. You can imagine the difference in makeup looks…out with the girls is over the tops full on glam!

Anywho, my faves in the line are the Naturals. I love these for everyday wear. If you have thin lashes, these are perfect for work. The Natural lashes are truly natural. Again, I didn’t fully blend the lashes in because I was doing a try on, but the Naturals give you a little something extra without screaming…”I have on false lashes!”

I think Eylure got it right with their different lashes. Each lash is gorgeous without looking over the top and fake. Not to mention, the band on the lashes is super thin and easy to hide. Can we say, “beginner friendly”?

What is your favorite brand of lashes?

These look great and very natural! I wear fake lashes almost every day and love them!! I use the KISS brand because they’re really inexpensive, and I like the way they’re tapered at the end to look more like natural lashes. XOXO, Erin

Those lashes are all so glam but not so much that they’re eating your face.

These are gorgeous! I like the oomph of the volumizing ones, but that they still look quite natural.

Love them! You sound just like me. I was always so afraid of lashes, then last year I taught myself how to apply them – and now I’m completely addicted!! lol

Last time I tried fake lashes was in high school…LOL! My eyelashes are so curly and the one time I tried it was hilarious. But these look so good that I may just have to give them another try! The teen would def love them!

Eylure Naturals are my faves too! But if I ever get better at applying falsies, I’d like to try the mink ones, Esquido, I think
