Sometimes things do not turn out quite how we expect. Well, this seems to be the case for the Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment. My nails have been super thin since I removed my gels nails and I would normally start back up with biotin. I decided to do things a little differently this time and opt for a topical treatment. Will it wow me or underwhelm me?
In my previous post, I mentioned I was trying the Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment to rebuild my nails for four weeks. Well, times up! Now, it’s time to weigh in and tell you what I think about the treatment now that I’ve had enough time to test it out.
Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment Recap
Before I get into the review, I want to give a brief recap of the first impression post. The Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment kit includes five treatments and each bottle in the package is 12ml. The kit is available on the Chrislie Formulations site for $9.99.
What’s In The Kit?
- Nailuv® Care Strengthening Formula
- Nailuv® Care Cuticle Oil
- Nailuv® Care Cuticle Softener
- Nailuv® Care Growth Formula
- Nailuv® Care Drying Accelerator
In my initial post, I was hopeful and optimistic about the set. I thought for less than $10 it was a great buy. Now, it is four weeks later and I’ve had more than enough time to see how the kit works.
I do love the cuticle oil and the cuticle softener. The cuticle softener is very thin and it has allowed me to be able complete dry manicures. That I love because sometimes I just don’t feel like soaking my hands in water to prep my cuticles and all that jazz. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Honestly, I did not use the growth formula more than a couple of times. Growth is not my issue. Dare I say, I forgot about the drying accelerator? I used my normal drying spray during this trial period.
My focus was on the strength and thickness of my nails during the time I was testing the Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment. So, I concentrated on the strengthening treatment. All I have to say is, “Did you see my damn nails?” My pinky broke down to my flesh and it just stopped hurting and started growing back. My index finger is killing me now as I type. Just today, I’ve had two breaks on my right hand. *sigh* I’m disappointed and a touch frustrated.
Overall, I like the cuticle oil and the cuticle softener. I would purchase the cuticle products if I was able to purchase each separately. However, I would not purchase the other three items in the kits. My nails are still thin and breaking and I believe four weeks is enough time to see progress. As with all things, the mileage may vary but this one was a flop for me. Sorry ladies, I had such high hopes and the price would have made it perfect. You know I have to keep it real with you all and that’s why you love me! Bam!
Do you think you will give the Nailuv Complete Care Nail Treatment a try? Which treatment would you purchase, if they were sold separately?

Thank you for sharing and I am still amazed at how strong my nails are after years of using acrylic nails before having kids. I have a feeling that taking pre-natal vitamins might have hoped me in the past, but not sure why else they now would be in decent condition for all I did do to them in the past.

You probably have naturally strong nails. Mine have always been thinner than most but definitely stronger than they are now. I have another product that I am testing for the next four week. I’m hoping that helps. If not, I am destined for a life of nubs.
